MRF Self-Assessment Survey
Per adopted rule changes effective October 1, 2026, an online self-assessment must be completed to determine eligibility for a Military Regulated Family Child Care (MRF)
MRF programs must operate in a private residence.
MRF programs must provide care exclusively to military families.
Programs that participate in or plan to participate in CAPS, are not eligible to operate as a Military Regulated Family Child Care. https://www.decalkoala.com/Application/Index .
The program is not eligible for a Military Regulated Family Child Care.
